Position Result Description: Business Development
To achieve KRA including but not limited to sales goal of 25 million USD on new equipment lease per annum through new clients. Call/prospect CxOs of top rated companies to present operating lease solution of the company.
Prospect minimum of 10 to 15 new clients every month for the first 6 months to ensure client coverage.
To maintain relationship with partners and vendors.
To negotiate & close company's agreements and commercials with top prospects.
To develop market segments and increase penetration of our product in various target industries.
Develop knowledge of various Equipment types that are required by Target industries on lease.
Manage relationship with key clients and and ensure client retention.
