Job Purpose:

• To offer risk management and investment solutions to clients using treasury products
• Offer foreign Exchange and derivative products to clients with the objective of achieving revenue targets
• To work in coordination with relationship teams to meet treasury requirement of the clients and enhance revenue.
• To coordinate with compliance and legal departments to ensure that all processes are compliant with regulatory requirements
• Manage the team performance at various geographical locations
• Maintain reputation of Bank in conduct with market counterparties by dea
• ling in a professional manner and ensuring the same for other line reportees
• Monitor client deals and positions and ensure timely reporting of the same to clients and internal control departments
• To provide training on treasury products to relationship teams to increase their awareness and knowledge.

 Key Performance Indicators:

• Meet prospective and existing clients to develop business and offer treasury solutions and contribute to the Bank’s revenues
• Client meetings and calls to discuss ideas and existing trades
• Evaluation of market movements and trends
• Analysis of structures and ideas
• Pricing of structures and ideas
• Coordinating with counterparties for pricing of structures and new ideas
• Meeting counterparties to develop source for new ideas / business.
• Monitor positions and client deals to ensure compliance with prescribed limits and extant regulations
• Monitoring client positions and MTMs
• Reporting and MIS to Senior Management
• Coordinating for margin calls
• Coordinating with internal teams for MIS and reporting requirements
• Coordinating with compliance and legal departments to ensure ongoing adherence to extant regulations.
• Training and managing resources 10%
• Self training on behavioral and functional skills
• Training sales teams on products and processes
• Mentoring subordinates
• Building resources to meet the Bank’s growth targets

Functional Skills:

• Experience of dealing in treasury products including forex and derivatives (options/swaps)
• Understanding of financial markets and the evolving treasury products
• Understanding of derivatives related documents / credit risk
• Intellectual and analytical skills to analyse and present various structures
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with senior internal and external audiences
