Job Description

Critical Exposure/Experience:
• Well versed with preparation of Financial Statements as per Accounting Standards (Balance Sheet, P&L Account, Cash flow statement and Notes to accounts)   
• Consolidation of Accounts as per Indian GAAP
• Preliminary knowledge of IFRS

Key Aspects of the job:
• Preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L Account, Cash flow statement, Notes to accounts) as per Accounting Standards issued ICAI
• Preparation of consolidated financial statements Consolidated Cash flow statement for group as per Accounting Standards for group as per Accounting Standards
• Basic Knowledge of IFRS transition from IGAAP Accounts especially in areas of Financial Instruments and Service Concession Arrangements
• MIS and Budgeting
• Financial Services or Banking or NBFC background will be an added advantage
