• Lead & guide the recruitment team on various factors like skill sets, approach and innovative ideas to improve the team and its productivity
• Taking care of strict adherence to interview schedules, time management and quality
• Motivation & guidance to the team for providing better results
• Analysis & Reports (Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly)
• Source Profiles thru the recruiters for the requirements and target achievement.

Job Specification:

Prior experience in IT recruitment, team management and negotiations would be added advantage
Should be self motivated and have good Team Management skills.
Should posses excellent written and oral communication skills
