1.    Job  involve a lot of indirect sales and will have a mix of direct sales as well as person who is a good net worker, very structured in follow up with distributors and can go into a city to develop new business by meeting with bankers, practicing accountants and lawyers. Will also need to liaise with the local industry associations etc.
2.    Person should have the knack to deal with direct clients . Since most of clients would be HNIs (financial wealth of INR 5 crs. plus) or ultra HNIs (Financial wealth of INR 50 crs. plus), the person should have understanding on how to deal with such clients.
3.     Person will need to have a working knowledge of taxation and personal law. This is an added advantage or else company will train the person for the same.
