Job profile –
· Project Feasibility
o Preparing detailed feasibility studies including market demand, financial Analysis, detailed Business plan, Detailed project report and doing Techno-commercial Analysis
· Project Schedule –
o Preparing Bar Charts, Resource planning, detailed Schedule and monitoring the same.
· Merger and Acquisition
o Scouting for Acquisition targets, Initial due diligence to see whether the Target company is worth exploring further due diligence.
· Studying and vetting Legal documents from Legal Advisor
o MOU, Shareholders agreement, JV agreement, Technology Transfer Agreement, NDA, Bank Termsheet, and Trade Mark agreement
· Exploring new business streams for the Company
o Renewable Energy – Wind Energy, Solar Energy – Comparison of different available technologies, study market demand and prepare detailed report

· Miscellaneous
o Preparing detailed presentation on different topics/Business
o Compiling the database of Consultants depending upon the subject
o Day to Day co-ordination with various stakeholders
o Approaching various Companies for Technology transfer for different products by direct Emails/ Letters or through Country specialist/consultants
o SWOT Analysis
o Attending relevant Seminars/Conference and Exhibitions to get more information.
o Keeping top management updated on various important happenings in Power sector.
o Interpreting and analyzing various Market reports
o Preparing and compiling application for various government schemes such as Semiconductor Policy, Mining Lease, EOI for Distribution Franchise
