Position / Level - Asst Manager/Manager – Design Manager (Architect)
 
Number of people required 1 - in Mumbai

Qualification - B Arch/ M Arch
Consistent performance >= 70% aggregate in all the years of professional education( first year to final year ) is a must
Years of experience - 7  years   +1/-1 year Age Up-to 26-30 years 

Candidate Profile - Critical Exposure/Experience

Minimum 2+ year experience in Design for Housing and commercial development projects

Hands on experience in Architectural Design, design coordination with various Engineering consultants.

Conversant with Architectural software such as Auto cad, Photoshop, 3 D Modeling etc

Conversant with Building Codes, Application of Development control rules, Statutory approvals, latest trends in design

Extensive knowledge of the building materials, products, sourcing etc

Flexibility in Functional/Industry experience of  the candidate

Should have worked with either a leading Architect or a reputed developer at least for 5 years. Flexibility can be +/-1 year

Key Aspects of the job/ Job Description:

Key focus area:  Real Estate, Public Partnership Projects in Mass Housing and Urban Infrastructure Projects

Coordinating with Appointed consultants, providing project brief, define deliverables, set quality and timeframe expectations

Critical evaluation of design concepts, detail design, Bill of qualities, design calculations, propose recommendations, conduct value engineering analysis etc so as to optimize the design and improve efficiency.

Develop product data base, continuous research on sourcing and improving the cost/quality and time parameters associated with the Materials and Project Development
 
Reporting to Asst Vice President Span of Control - (No. of people, regions & products) Initially one product
