KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - HOSPITALITY CIVIL PROJECT SPECIALISTS

Financial     Coordinating schedules and activities follow up for placing orders for supplies and services, and tracking progress and results.
    Relieve management of administrative detail, all projects
    Coordinate work flow & Keep projects on schedule
    Thorough knowledge of costing from Civil Front
    Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
    Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines
    To facilitate the construction in the most professional manner and in respect to optimum time, comforts, best quality and ideal services.
    Oversee the drawings before sending to site for any discrepancy/details required for execution if any in close coordination with Design team.
    Doing the value engineering with implementation of standard construction practices in the projects so that the cost and time can be saved without compromising the quality.
    Ensuring the timely inputs of drawings and details to site and monitor the progress of construction with approved schedule.
    Coordinating for the inventory required at site through Project Managers.
    Tracking the Master schedule for the deliverables and inform to concern well in advance to ensure the timely inputs to site 
    Preparation of M.I.S. at office and to brief management from time to time about the progress of various sites.    Process
    Collection of database required for design and execution to facilitate the design & execution team
    Getting the initial site surveys, soil tests etc. and giving the inputs to design Deptt. Through Sr. V.P. Execution.
    Coordinate inputs to the architectural department, from sites, for timely finalization of coordinated drawings with the User Department.
    To coordinate the design & engineering inputs with construction and facilitate Site Project Managers to deliver the end product.
    Monitor schedules with Project Managers to ensure the adherence to the preset requirements and timelines.
    To facilitate the inputs needed to carry out the construction as per design and drawings.
    To assist Sr. VP Execution to monitor the progress of various site Customer
    Render support to site team & PM in ensuring the best construction practice at site
    Render support to Sr. VP Execution for timely completion of Project through site PMs People
    Seek training on projects.
    Develop and test new procedures
    Study and review company or department procedures
    Recommend management action to improve standard operating procedures
    Present comparisons on costs, risks, and benefits

Sr. Manager Design:Hospitality Projects Specialist

·       Review the drawings and highlight the necessary changes to aid in value engineering services with the help of common pool.
·       To help prepare the budgets and estimates prepared for various sites.
·       Ensuring the timely collection of drawings and details from various consultants by coordination.
·       Take the inputs from Sr. V.P.Design and get it implemented by the architectural department for timely finalization of coordinated drawings with the User Department.
·       Review of conceptual drawings and coordinated architectural drawings for all design stages and scrutinize the same for design intent sanctity, quality and cost parameters.
·       Extend the support to the architectural department in terms of designated responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of in house drawings at the site
·       To coordinate with all the consultants associated with the project and ensure that the suggested changes are incorporated in the drawings.
·       To prepare brief area summary for the user department.
·       To ensure that the drawings are complete in all respect and ensure that changes are incorporated before its issuance for the site and drawings updated on regular basis.
