KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Engineering Purchase: RFQ /analyse quotations/negotiate/Ordering of Engineering spares/consumables/fuels/Lubricants etc.
Follow up with suppliers/contractors and obtain supply/services on time to provide support to manufacturing for keeping the up time of equipments.

2. Engineering stores: Maintain stock item inventory through receipt/issue and monitor stock.
Also maintain the issue/consumption details and provide support to manufacturing for capturing the cost incurred and monitor budget against actual.
Provide respective MIS.

3. RM Stores: Maintain stock item inventory thru receipt/issue and monitor stock.
Also maintain the issue/consumption details and provide support to manufacturing for capturing the cost incurred and monitor budget against actual.
Provide respective MIS.

4. FG Stores: To receive and maintain the stock of FG from production and despatch them to required locations as per requirement from marketing dept.
Provide respective MIS.
